Synopsis of The Bait (2009)

This direct-to-video crime saga concerns Fariq, the head of an Islamic terrorist cell whose accounts are suddenly frozen by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Desperate for money to finance his operations, he decides to abduct a wealthy Jewish child and demand ransom - which pits every federal agent in Miami against him.
